Terms of service

By requesting an appointment you ask the shop to hold a time. Unless the booking mode is set to automatic confirmation, the visit is a request until the shop confirms it.

Pricing

Sample prices are placeholders. Quote-required services do not have a price until the shop sends one. A submitted request does not lock a sample price.

Cancellations

Development policy: a request can be cancelled or rescheduled until 24 hours before the start time. Inside that window it stays on the calendar until the shop changes it. Confirm this policy before production.

Vehicles

The shop can decline work that is unsafe, outside the booked service, or different from the vehicle described in the request.
